Thanks for the input..I am going to see a urologist this week..I think the hydrocele may be a coincidental situation discovered in my MRI--it is on the side of my intermittent pain-but my testicles are not swollen or filled with fluid-I will see what the DR. says--the sports DR. I am seeing put me on anti-inflamitory pills for 10 days--it is winter but I have not been able to ride consistently since mid-Sept when this started--I am getting a bit cranky
