Actually what happened is the British conglomerate that owned S&W sold them right after the agreement with the klintonazis. After the agreement they were seriously in red ink because of the active boycotts.

It ended up that Saf-T-Lock bought the S&W assets for pennies on the dollar. They have not renounced the agreement, so the boycott is still on.
