Thanks BossCat, those photos provide some nice detail! Looks/sounds like your setup is very similar to the ones used by astronomerroyal and Sixty Fiver.

I was looking for further information of what you describe as the "U shaped bar that goes around the back wheel." Could you post the details of that?

I figure that the hitch frames are integral enough to y'all's trailer systems that they could be posted in this thread and not be off topic...
