Bikes: Waterford RST-22, Bob Jackson World Tour, Ritchey Breakaway Cross, Soma Saga, De Bernardi SL, Specialized Sequoia

Remove the insoles. Stuff shoes with wadded newspapers. If you change the newspaper after a few hours, that will speed up the drying. Works like a charm.
