Added Note...

The U-Bar around the back wheel only has 2 small holes that attach it to the bike frame. If you have a slightly longer U-Bar (I had to work with what I had ) you'd be able to attach U-Bar to Both of the mudguard holes, this would save the need for the pannier rack upright attachment.
