The seat tube won't be the problem, you can use a long seatpost to get enough height. Once up there, are the bars high enough? If you have really long arms and/or a flexible back you might be able to run low bars. I can't, I use an uncut steer tube and my head tube is 220mm + the headset.
The length of the top tube is usually the most important measurement. If it's too short, and 59cm sounds short for you, you have to resort to super long stems. I know, some people swear by 140mm stems, but some say the normal is 100.

I'm a little shorter than you and I find most bikes don't fit, but I like the high bars and a 60cm top tube.
I have a 63cm Cannondale, which would probably fit you fine, a 62cm Gunnar, which fits great, and a 64cm Tesch, which fits but is on loan to a friend who is 6'5".

I know they're hard to find, but the best thing to do is to get on some big bikes and see what feels right.
