Based on the graph I do roughly 180 -240 watts (Fear of the SUV with my name on it keeps me to the higher end of that) typically with sprints (catching lights) of up 500 watts. Based on that graph I could be going about 5-7 mph faster overall and on days like today where the headwind had me grinding on flats there would probably be a bigger gain.
You can't really just pick a speed on that graph and say you were doing xxx watts. It depends on other factors, mostly your position and size (height, width) for steady state, and weight for acceleration. Also, that's hoods vs. aerobars. You would see gains just going into the drops or putting clipons and lowering your bars.
