I got this from a friend for free as a trade...What should I do with it?

It's got some chips and such, but it's decent, chrome fork tips are nice, alloy wheels, alloy bits, Shimano Altus RD (Not so sure about that RD though)...Just tuneup and flip? Or is it worth keeping?

Considering that we've now got 7 bikes plus my son's little bike, is the Panasonic worth keeping?
Flip the Panasonic, or keep it and fix it up a bit? Tourer? Commuter?
