That would be Southern California it doesn't rain often and every day is short sleeve weather. During the day I can go bare foot just about ever day of the year.
This morning's ride started in the dark at 50F with arm & knee warmers, and by the middle of the ride I had taken the arm and knee warmers off. Somewhere around the high 60s/low 70s.
