Bikes: IRO Mark V, Karate Monkey half fat, Trek 620 IGH, Cannondale 26/24 MTB, Amp Research B3, and more.

I use wool felt insoles. I find them at Army/Navy stores and sometimes outdoorsy stores. Very comfortable and amazingly warm. My whole body is warmer when I use them
