Can someone explain headset terminology to me? I have a frame and a fork and I have no idea what kind of headset i need. I copied a description off a web site. What does this stuff mean?

- 1.0” Threaded (my fork is threaded and 1" diameter to the outside of the threads, so I'm assuming that's what this is)
- 30.3mm Stack Height
- 30.2mm Cup Size / 26.4mm Race
