+1 If it is bent, replace it. Your cheapest option for a replacement is to find a donor bike at a garage sale or similar, and "borrow" a wheel from the donor. But that can take some time and hunting before you find one. Otherwise, post a wanted to buy in the bicycle section of Craigs List, and someone will have one for you. Post it in the bicycle for sale section, even though it is not for sale.

+1 If it is out of round, true it, using a $5 spoke wrench and the brake pads as a guide.
