The HP-7600 Track headset is a loose ball (actually retainer-held balls) design so the crown race is really a race, not just a support plate for a cartridge bearing.

It's possible that the crown race for the Dura Ace road headset (HP-7400) or Ultegra equivalent (HP-6400) may work but there is no generic race I know of that will.
