Apparently, from a bud at work, the Lakeshore bike path North was..... salted. Good god might the city be cluing in or was it an accident with a salter? Which counselors are on the cycling committee? I'd love to find out if this represents a shift in how winter cycling is to be handled in our fair metropolis. Could we be so lucky?
I'd be pleased if they dragged a heavy skid along the path to crush the snow into hardpack/trail. I'd ride that sh*t everyday to work in the winter.
