M: 45 minute intervals. Hard effort.
T: 2.5 hour ride. Some big hills.
W: Recovery ride with some ILT.
Th: Rest
F: Intervals. Hard. 45-1 hour.
S: 2 hour ride - steady pace.
S: Rest.
Also - other than my rest days - I commute to work - so about 10 miles each way.
You're not really on an overtraining pace there. I'd guess you just had a bad day for one of a whole variety of possible reasons.
