Cool, dark, low wind, and the threatened rain never materialized.
I saw a blinky on a dark road, about 500' ahead of me, some guy on a black mountain bike (I think). I tried to catch up, but he must have ducked into a side street. Later on, I was taking a shortcut through a school parking lot that saves me a few blocks. I saw the same guy ahead of me.
