Huh? I think these are the easiest of the lot (the first generation XT brakes being my absolute favorite) that said, they are all pretty simple, unless you have the stupid shimano safety designs with the different lengths of one sided straddle wire:

stay away from those if you want easy, because the wires come in differrent lengths, and unless you have just the right length, one side will pull more than the other...
