I was going to say you could take your pick, ethics-wise, because neither name on the frame misrepresents anything: it started out in Hetchins livery, and Jackson built it, so it's all good, was my first thought.

But I've changed my mind. The Jackson folks built it, and probably did a fine job of it, but they did it to Hetchins' specs with the full intention that Hetchins get the blame if the geometry sucked or something else about the design was flawed and that Hetchins get the credit if the customer loved the frame. I don't know if there were design parameters the Hetchins found acceptable and Jackson did not or vice versa, but that certainly does happen in the frame building world.

I have thus come to believe that your steed should get Hetchins decals when you respray.

Just remember, my opinion is worth exactly what you paid for it.
