A couple of things:
1) you "think" you paid "about" $55 for it? I call BS. You know exactly how much you paid. You know it, and I know you know it.
2) It's time to start riding w/o bartape and go ahead an sand the clearcoat off the frame. To be that close to 15.x lbs and not cross the lines seems a shame.
