Ooops, almost forgot to post my goals for week 11.

Wt. goal, realistically staying under 166 this week will be fine. I'll revisit further wt. loss after the holidays.

Riding: One longish bike path ride, maybe two if weather and time permits.

Exercise: 3 exercise videos with hand weights.
