6' 225lbs = 30.5 Yay obesity!

17% BF assuming .17 x 225 = 38.25 lbs which leave me at 187, which still sticks me in the overweight category with no fat (probably want 5% or so to be healthy) (i would like to drop 25 lbs personally)

of course this makes me slightly fatter than these guys
LaDainian_Tomlinson
Derrick_Ward...<--less muscle filled but not by that much and very similar body types
etc

This ESPN story brings up something i consider interesting
http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?id=3739665

does some one being highly specialized in a single sport represent a good "athlete"? I personally think No and while I don't consider myself a super athlete by any means i am sure i am better at more athletic challenges than any sub 140 lb >5'8" guy. I understand getting (i won't call it fit per se) "prepared" for riding, if you race for a living, but losing muscle on purpose for a hobby seems excessive to me.

(i swear i don't hate skinny people even though as i am reading this it may be construed as envy)
