A Leisurely Noon-time 65+ Ride

A Leisurely Noon-time 65+ Ride

temp - about 39F, wind 5 mph, sunny with a few clouds.

Some pics (taken with my cell phone camera) from my ride along our trail system to Subway for lunch and return today. I love riding our plowed trails when there is a bit of snow around.

BELOW - Scenes along the trail, my "utility bike."

BELOW: Our little Cherry Creek

BELOW: The Trail splits - to the left over the bridge S. 14 miles to rural Franktown, to the right 25 miles to downtown Denver and parts beyond, up to several hundred miles.

BELOW This about 1/2 million dollar bicycle bridge was just built by our rec dept so folks could get over the gully to the shopping center on the right. You also see two fingers! Heck, it is used by at least 10 folks per day! There is a ramp up to the bridge on the left that I didn't et in the picture.
