Just bought a mint 2006 Poprad today. I'm 5'9 with a 31" inseam and the bike is a 55 cm. I can straddle the bike with not much room, but it doesn't bother me one bit. (In college I had a Miyata Triplecross about the same size.) I also feel very comfortable on the drops. I am new to cycling so I don't know the proper fit for my frame size. Can someone tell me things to watch out for as far as knowing whether the bike fits me properly. I was reading somewhere about shoulder angle not exceeding 90 degrees? Say what?? Is it really that crucial that I have the proper textbook fit? Thanks for your help guys!!
