Tentative W. Texas route is on the I-10 until I get to Austin. I'd appreciate any info anyone may have about frontage roads, legality in TX (in AZ and NM its legal to ride on the interstate). I' straying from the adventure cycling assoc's maps in these parts, because Del Rio is so far south.

Fri/Sat: Austin

As long as I make it to Austin before Sunday I'm planning on resting a day or two and meeting up with the cycling community there. Does anyone know the organizers of Critical Mass in the Austin Area? I'd really like to get a big turnout there, especially after all the good things I've heard.
