yeah thats an araya and it looks tubular too. looks like more pain in the ass than its worth.
Not to mention, almost all of these older Japanese disc wheels dont accept a lockring so riding it on the street sucks. People still do it but I cant see having much fun with it.
I was thinking about buying this rear wheel and one point but passed for that reason.
