Spin vs HED vs aerospoke vs spinergy vs corima

there are lots of carbon wheels on the market.. im wondering if people have actual knowledge as to what carbon wheels are good or bad for which applications.

there are HUGE price differences.. are corima or mavic wheels THAt much better than spinergy or aerospokes?

i've ridden spinergy rev x on my roadbike, and spinergy spox on my crossbike.. i didnt like spinergy rev x in the front, cross winds were an issue.. on the way to pt reyes in the bay area.. its windy, and darn near sent me into the other lane of traffic on the farm road.. so i put a regular spoked wheel on it..

that said, i found the rear rev x was noticeable when i sprinted.. very stiff.. but comfy when i rode normal.. absorbed lots o shock.

the spox, were light in cross races and mtb rides, cross bike on fire trails on mt tam, single track too. springy, not TOO hard to true, didnt need it often. the 1st gen had shimano freehub, and could be swapped for a ti dura ace or xtr. nice.

anyways..

owners of aerospokes, HED, spin, corima, mavic.. let your findings be heard..

yeeee
