I am not sure how much they are worth. But I guess I would pay as much as I would for an Aerospoke. So up to $400 used (I imagine they don't come new?) I guess? Maybe more if they turn out to be impossible to obtain. Maybe less if they are easily obtainable. Honestly I don't know what the going price on such an antiquated piece of cycling gear would be. I assume it is fairly heavy and in every way inferior to a Zipp wheel. But infinitely harder to find.

P.S. I already ride with aluminum foil on my rear wheel. And on my head and wrists.

P.P.S. About the lock ring issue ... does the Sugino Tyranno have the same problem? I don't suppose the hub is interchangeable ...
