Actually loosing. Many reasons!

I took to heart the Perfect Pushup KoolAid and at the same time my gymnast kids yelling to me about proper positioning, keep the belly button in etc. Just a few minutes everyday along with some pullups.
My wife also got me into skipping rope because she says according to the Feldenkrais, too much cycling is too much of homolateral muscle use and skipping rope balances it. Got to try what she suggest sometimes so I get some free bodywork from her . So I've been doing a lot of it as well

I also got in to this Whey Product with PGX which in I think is just Sat Isabgol or psyllium husk. Anyway really curbed my appetite and I am ending this metabolic reset plan in a couple of days. It was actually given to me by the Natural Factors rep. It seems to work and I feel really good.

And of course still cycling. I had a one week break because of a dental surgery, but even that helped because the anti biotics and the recovery just made me loose appetite and therefore a forced caloric deficiency. Most weight loss I had that was not induced by illness or fasting (I did a long one when I was into yoga and easter lifestyles and living in India)

Because we are vegetarians, most of the Xmas parties (About 5 times just for work) I cannot really enjoy the game and fowl feasts and sugar for some reason is making my teeth hurt.

I think low intensity really works. I've been hammering it out since January (7.2 K miles) and I lost only 1 lb. This past 3 weeks or so almost 8 lbs. I was not overweight to begin with, but that's almost half the weight of my bike.
