However yellow can be a hard color to match shades properly, and you might end up with three widely different shades of yellow between the frame, saddle, and tape. Depending on how OCP you are, that may or may not be a concern.
This is a concern. I saw a bike that had a light blue seat and the frame, tape and tires were were also light blue but each was a diffrent shade. The bike looked ok but the diffrent shades were very noticeable unless you were standing from a distance.
