Yes that is a gransport headset.

Typically, I would think G.S. components to be worth less than the same piece in record. This goes for derailleurs, cranks, shifters, pedals, everything. BUT the headset is completely different. I think the value of a G.S. headset is higher relative to other parts of the G.S. line because it is still campagnolo and of low stack height. Therefore, it is a suitable option for people looking for a headset for a track bike. It was necessary for me to source a G.S. headset for my track bike because the Nuovo Record I intended to use was too tall. I did happen to have a record pista headset so I was content (or else I probably wouldn't have settled for G.S.).

Take what you will from my story, but in my opinion a used G.S. headset is roughly equivalent in value to a Nuovo Record because the increased value of track bikes and their ability to be used on track bikes.
