I am VERY happy with the 5 speed IRD freewheel I purchased. Paired w/ Suntour Barcons, Shimano Crane RD and Campy FD shifting is crisp & smooth.
I am currently running my 72' Paramount (P-15) 49/42/36 w/a Campy triple and a 12-32 Suntour 7 speed freewheel. I am using barcons and when I get a couple of $$ I will get an IRD 12-32 freewheel to replace the Suntour.
