I've told them that I would file a complaint with ebay, paypal and the BBB. I'm waiting to hear what they say, and if they will work with me. If not I'm going to get busy on trying to make this right through that method.

I just looked up on paypal that I have 45 days to file, and 60 days to file with ebay so I'm good for time. I just want this to be resolved. In peoples experience, what does paypal and ebay do in this sort of situation?
