Those dings definately don't look like anything from shipping. They look like the accumulated little dings you get from riding IMO.

Personally I doubt you're going to see much of a resolution from this, and a bike gets scratched if you use it. My advice is to name and shame the shop, then just ride your bike and forget about it.
