Not my story.. It's the chains that had the outrageous hourly rates.. Our small shop owner even rides with out club once in awhile.. Repeat business gets noticed in a smaller shop. Once a chain charged me 60 dollars to install four brake pads. My local shop, I've had new cables installed and two brake pads, plus an annual basic check up for about the same price.
