I'm sure winter business sucks...BUT our biggest local LBS reported crazy nuts record sales this summer...they like doubled or tripled their previous years sales by like half way through 2008. 2008 was KILLER for bike sales and bike service sales this year for our town. NUTS. the local paper had an article...and the LBS owners said it's been NUTS.

but that was summer...i'm sure they get very few customers coming in to their shops while it's 12 degrees and blizzard-like outside...
