Speedplay zeros: nice click in, custom float (i use 0*), no look engaging (the main reason I don't like spd, spd-sl, or look). With other pedals, you have to look down and flip up the pedal because they aren't balanced. I just stomp on it and i'm in.

But again, its preference.
