We rode out near Folsom Lake (puddle is more like it right now) in CA. A little chilly - low 40s today, and we were right on the lake, so I was glad to be sporting some warm clothes. It was kind of weird though - I had some serious stomach issues before I left so I took some Immodium on the way to the ride. Felt
great when I got on the bike, had a fantastic ride, made all the challenging spots along the way, etc. Got back in the car and immediately my stomach started growling and cramping like crazy. I got home very quickly.
