Bikes: Lapierre CF Sensium 400. Jamis Ventura Sport. Trek 800. Giant Cypress.

28-30 sounds just short of hibernation. In fact that sounds like a sleeping HR. But it is said a well-conditioned athlete will have a lower resting heart rate.
