Alfred E. Bike has some spindles in the Parts & Accessories Catalog online. I got lucky there about a year ago and found a replacement spindle for my Motobecane GT. Good thing I wasn't looking for cups....

Incidently, AE Bike's catalog has some illustrations for the spindles - if you look carefully (and measure carefully) you should be able to determine if you have the right part for your bike.
