Yeah, I think that ppl took advantage of Percy's good-natured-ness, and dumped their derelict bikes at his place for months on end not paying for his repairs. This studio space is just 400 square feet, which should allow him to focus on building quality components. He still has the workshop behind his house, which I have been to. He is guiding me in rebuild of my old bike over the winter. Percy is the best :-).
