This is the other option I've tossed around as well. I'd like to keep it original with 27" but it may be easier to put on some long reach brakes and go to 700C and, thus, open up more possibilities. If I went this route I'd keep the freewheel and hubs on new wheels. Heck, I've even got three sets of Mavic GL330 tubular rims with Campy hubs available - now that could be interesting on a Grand Prix.
