Yeah, my mitts got me by for Saturday's ride, and again for yesterday's, even though it was a bit colder, but my feet are my weak link. It was just too cold to venture out today for a ride -- much as I wanted to try to put a few more miles on the new sled.

I think I'm going to try a set of those full neoprene booties and see how they do; maybe even stuffing one of those little chemical/air activated handwarmer packs up under the balls of each foot, between my shoe and the neoprene booty, and see how that does at warding off the numb toes.
