I do most of my work myself, but my bike is still in the two year free service, so I take it to him twice a year. I would bet my bike has more miles on it than most of the road bikes he sells. When I told him the mileage he about flipped.
I will do all of my work when I run out of warranty in June of 2009, but I will still recommend him to people to purchase a bike. I am also trying to start a duathlon and triathlon events in our small town and hope to use him as one of the sponsors for both events. He also rides a Triumph Speed Triple, so that is a plus in my book also.
