Have you ever had St Louis style pizza? It is characterized by "thin crust" and generous use of provel cheese, the yellow gluey stuff like melted cheese whiz. Then smothered with greasy meat like bacon and sausage. Nasty stuff. Sort of like eating american cheese melted on saltine crackers topped with bacon grease. It makes Papa Johns look like gourmet pizza. !!!
