I don't know about the lug outlining, but I expect the bike could be ordered that way from the factory. In any case, the outlining looks like a professional job.

Stan, thanks. Would you know if the wheels were laced 3x or 4x?......Both have been rebuild so I cant tell.
I have shiney new db DT's for either 3X or 4X ready to go with a nice pair of Fiamme reds to replace the existing mis-matched rims.
