I do not race UCI races, but in the absence of USAC rules that I can find I can only assume they were referring back to UCI.

They have had jigs there, but I have never seen them use them. I don;t think any of this would be an issue, but just would like to be in a "legal" position - even if that is defined by the UCI - even if I never race under UCI sanctions.....

....unless there is a clear USAC definition someone can point me to. I have seen something before in the past....just can't think of where.
