Back to mt. biking.

Josh-It was definitely fun though after at least six or so years away from it I need to get used to it, getting a lower gear, climbing in the saddle so the back wheel doesn't spin out. Funny how familiar the trails are even after that many years. I did about 1.5 hours of riding, not a lot but got my hr up pretty good the whole time and burned some calories, oh yah and it was fun! I wasn't complaining about it just saying how different it is after being used to the road. I should have taken pics of my bike, covered in mud. You don't get bored on the mt bike, you take your eyes off your line and you're screwed.
