I swap a shimano wheel between a shimano and campy 10 speed bike without issue. I just had to set up the campy with the shimano wheel and no issues since.

If I had to pick a groupset today, it would be SRAM.

In fact, I'm probably going to replace my 105 with SRAM force or rival when it wears out.
