Rich and I are also planning on doing x2 up San Bruno tomorrow (Sat) - we'll be starting from Genentech sometime around 10 AM so hope to see you - we're not going to aim for any personal bests tomorrow - going to save that for New Years Day.
I'm also nursing a pulled hamstring - I think it will be fine for the race.
