My road cycling goal is 6000 miles this year. That ends up being about 110 per week on a road bike. That goal should be failrly easy as I put on over 80 - 90 miles min a week on the trainer and 60 - 70 minimum a week on road rides. When summer comes I will try for 110 miles per week on the road in accompany to the trainer miles which should be 120+ per week.
This goal does not count all the miles I put in at work which can easily top 4000 - 5000 per year.
